What is Summit?
Summit is a goal and habit tracker for iPhone and Android. It turns any big goal into milestones, small daily steps and habits, and shows your progress as a climb up a mountain with Pico the goat.
When can I download Summit?
Summit is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. The store links will appear on this page as soon as the app is live.
Is Summit free?
Yes. Summit is free to start, and the support that keeps you going stays free: streaks, rest days, recovery plans, the "Today is hard" flow, your coach on hard days and reminders. Summit Plus adds more room, such as unlimited summits and habits, a second streak shield, habit history and statistics, and larger widgets.
What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing dramatic. Every seven days in a row earns a streak shield that covers a missed day automatically, and one planned rest day a week is always free. If you miss a few days in a row, Summit offers a gentle three day recovery plan instead of guilt.
Is Summit a habit tracker or a goal tracker?
Both. Goals give your habits a reason, and habits move your goals forward. You can link a habit to a goal or keep it on its own, and schedule it only on the days that make sense.
Who is Pico?
Pico is the little mountain goat who climbs with you. Pico cheers you on, levels up from Kid to Summit Legend as you earn XP, and unlocks new scarves, hats and capes in the wardrobe.
How many Picos are there to collect?
There are 56 special Picos across 8 families: languages, fitness, money and career, creativity, mind and life, specials, combos and seasons. Most appear when you create a goal that matches them, then evolve at your halfway milestone and turn legendary when you reach the summit. The rest are up to you to discover.
What is a crew?
Your crew is a small group of friends who climb alongside you. You see each other's goals, milestones, finished days and Picos, and cheer each other on with a tap. Your steps, check-ins and coach chats stay private.
Is the coach a therapist?
No. The coach is an AI that helps you find a smaller step when things get hard. It is not a therapist. If you are in crisis, please contact a local helpline or someone you trust.
