Terms of use
Last updated: October 14, 2026. By using Summit you agree to these terms with MTW Consultoria e Informatica LTDA.
Your account
You must be 13 or older. Keep your sign in secure and give accurate information.
Acceptable use
Be kind. Do not harass others, post unlawful or abusive names or photos, impersonate people, or misuse the service. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules. You can report or block anyone in a crew.
Your content
Your goals and photos stay yours. You give us permission to store and show them to the people you choose.
Health notice and safety
Summit helps you build habits and reach goals. It is not a medical or mental health service and does not diagnose or treat anything. Talk to a qualified professional before changing your exercise, diet or sleep, especially if you have a health condition.
If you are in crisis
If you may hurt yourself or someone else, or you are in danger, call your local emergency number now. You can find a free helpline in your country at findahelpline.com. In the US you can call or text 988.
Your coach
The coach is an automated assistant. It can be wrong, and it cannot replace a person who knows you.
Crew safety
Report or block anyone from their profile. You only share goals, milestones and finished days.
