Privacy policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026. This is the privacy policy for Summit, run by MTW Consultoria e Informatica LTDA ("we").
What we collect
Account details (email, display name, optional photo), the goals, milestones, steps and habits you create, your progress, and basic device and app diagnostics. If you turn on usage sharing, we also collect anonymous usage events.
How we use it
To run the app, sync your progress, show your crew what you choose to share (goals, milestones and finished days, never your steps or chats), send reminders you asked for, and keep the service safe.

Your controls
Export, edit and delete your data in Settings. Data is encrypted in transit.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that run Summit for us (hosting, email, payments and subscription analytics, the AI service that writes the coach replies for Summit Plus members, and, only if you allow usage sharing, usage analytics and crash reports) and when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, export your data, turn off notifications and usage sharing, block people, and delete your account in Settings. Deleted data is removed within 30 days, except what we must keep by law.
Children
Summit is not for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).
